New Old Stock Set of Three (3) Large Ek Commando Throwing Knives, made in Effingham, Illinois — circa early 1980s. Featuring double-edged broadened point, 1/8” thick stock, blead blasted gray finish w/ smooth contoured edges and rounded pommel. The front of the knife is etched in black: “KOREA/WORLD WAR II, VIETNAM EK 1941 COMMANDO.”   The back is also marked: “MADE IN U.S.A. EFFINGHAM, IL.”   This set was a limited edition reissue of the exact same knives made for the first time during WWII. These scarce blades are constructed from a single piece of tempered steel and are practically indestructible. No sheaths. SPECS: 1.75” edge, 8.5” OAL.
